Juan Ortiz and his team built us a beautiful redwood deck and steps on our hillside so we could have a secure and accessible place to sit and enjoy the view. His crew arrived on time, worked quickly, kept things neat, and was always amicable and considerate. We were very pleased with their work and are enjoying the results.

Ortiz Building exceeded our expectations! Great pricing, quality work!...We were looking for a team to do renovations inside our home (knock down walls, change doors and flooring, patching and taping, etc. ), as well as exterior framing, painting, widow trims, the Ortiz team got it done in a timely manner, and most importantly their work was clean and precise. The overall result exceeded all of our expectations. We plan to use Ortiz Building for our future ADU project.

They finished the entire house's flooring, wall texture/ finishes, kitchen countertop w/ appliances, installed barn doors, and built a shed in 2 weeks -- 4xs faster than any other place I looked at.
